After the fall of Chelyabinsk meteorite some Southern Urals tour operators have set up special tours to Lake Tchebarkul. At the very beginning it attracted lots of attention.
Lake gathered together both ordinary tourists and media representatives of Russian and foreign media. However, with the advent of spring routes are no longer in demand. After the ice is gone, Lake Tchebarkul turned into an absolutely unremarkable pond.
Undeveloped infrastructure of the site where celestial body crushed looks boring for holidaymakers. Tour operators and Ministry of Culture representatives offer some projects to improve the infrastructure of the significant place. Among them are installation of the stele, the construction of museum, park development and even building of 5D-projection, restoring February 15th events.
