The lead of the Machete film Danny Trejo has arrived in Russia for collaboration with the film director Andrei Konchalovsky.

      The Hollywood hero has provided the script for the new movie Machete Kills, in which he stars. Why has he chosen this film director? Without a second thought the actor answered that Andrei Konchalovsky is his old friend, and, moreover, has been long inviting him to play in “the Russian cinema”. Besides, it was Konchalovsky’s film Runaway Train that the American actor started his career with.

      Producers of the new film by Danny Trejo are Russians, the fact being very favourable for the actor, since he wants the film to be “Russian to the utmost”.
