By 2015 the City of Moscow will get about 900 new buses

The Moscow authorities keep on modernizing the public transport system of the city. By 2015 the Moscow city transport will achieve about 900 new buses, reports the Information center of the Moscow Government.


By the end of 2013 the Moscow transport company GUP Mosgortrans will acquire 565 buses on its own funds. Next year the purchase of 320 buses is planed for the sum of 3 billion Rubles.


By now the city public transport has been renewed by 76% and makes up 5.3 thousand buses, 1350 trolleybuses and 720 trams.


In 2013 the city has allotted 374.8 million Rubles for developing transport parks and depots. In 2014 the city will spend 408.2 million Rubles for these needs.
