Tsaritsyno museum and reserve guide staff is backed up by high-tech helpers: now visitors can obtain information on Tsaritsyno exhibitions and expositions using tablet computers. Developers of the new application offer a virtual tour to Grand Palace and Bread House exhibition halls.

Individual tablet PC’s have detailed text, audio and images which in a user-friendly way allow visitors, including disabled persons (hard of hearing, deaf, visually impaired, with musculoskeletal system disorders) to get acquainted with the historical legacy through 3 different directions:

      • “The Museum on the Palm. Greenhouses”

      • “Museum on the Palm. Grand Ball”

      • “Museum on the Palm. Friedrich and Yekaterina”.

This program will help visitors to navigate within the exhibition spaces and focus their attention on the most interesting exhibits of the endless diversity of Tsaritsyno exhibition complex without someone’s help.

Tsaritsyno museum and reserve in Moscow (near Tsaritsyno metro station and commuter suburb train station) was founded in 1984 in the park of the same name. Around the palace, in the park there are a number of pavilions, pergolas, arbours, artificial grottos, decorative bridges (early 19th century, architect I. Yegotov), and a Russian Orthodox temple “Source of Life”, as well as a modern recreation center with an upscale restaurant.
