Blagoveshchensk dwellers neglect noise laws.
In Blagoveshchensk, violation of this article by city dwellers prevails in the total number of administrative cases. Administrative Commission of Blagoveshchensk Municipality examined 57 administrative offence cases. The vast majority of them were initiated for breaking noise laws.
As of press service of the city administration, Commission members reviewed 33 materials related to these cases. In addition, there were 22 cases involving the violation of trading rules, namely, city dwellers were brought to book for organizing purchase and sale transactions in prohibited areas.
Two remaining materials were initiated against citizens, who did not comply with dog keeping rules. According to the results of the session, Commission punished violators by fines in total amount of 56 thousand rubles. If violators do not pay money on their own free will, the materials will be transferred to the hands of bailiffs for forced levy.
Blagoveshchensk is a city and the administrative center of Amur Oblast, Russia, located at the confluence of the Amur and Zeya Rivers. Within the framework of administrative divisions, it also serves as the administrative center of Blagoveshchensky District, even though it is not a part of it. As an administrative division, it is, together with six rural localities, incorporated separately as Blagoveshchensk Urban Okrug.
