The residents of Sochi are be able to submit documents to the Finland visa and receive permission to enter some countries of the Schengen agreement without leaving their native city since October 18 - Finland visa centre is open in the spa capital of Russia. Now it has become possible to pay the application fee and take photos for the relevant application right here. However, all applications will still be processed in Moscow, which means that the consideration of the application will take more time, but the turnaround time 10 days must be adhered to.       The visa applications can be submitted at the visa centres in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Sochi and Vladivostok. The Visa applications are handled and the decisions are made at the Embassy of Finland in Moscow. Visa centre in Moscow: Working hours: 09.00-17.00 Monday-Friday, except holidays.
