The First Dismountable Cycle Track

The first dismountable cycle track in Russia will be opened in Adygea.

      The Republic of Adygea is a federal subject of Russia enclaved within Krasnodar Krai. Adygea lies in southeastern Europe in the northern foothills of the Caucasus Mountains, with plains in the north and mountains in the south.  

      The opening procedure of the first dismountable cycle track in Russia with a length of 200 meters will take place on November 19 in Maikop, the press service of the Russian Cycling Federation reported.

      The Sports Minister of the RF Vitaly Mutko and the President of the Russian Cycling Federation will come to Adygea especially for participation in the event; besides, the event will be attended by the head of the republic Aslan Tkhakushinov. As Russian Cycling Federation noted, the sports facility in Maikop will be unique for Russia. Its main qualities will be its quick installation, relatively low cost, maintainability.

      The length of the cycle track will make up 200 meters, which will allow to hold training activities here, as well as competitions of the nationwide level and UCI classification competitions
