Domodedovo airport plans to develop.

      Management of Domodedovo Airport has prepared a master-plan for its development until 2023, which involves investment of 197.8 billion rubles. The largest part of the amount, 111.9 billion rubles, the company intends to get from the budget, as it is written in the airport Eurobonds prospectus.

      According to the prospectus, Domodedovo is planning to spend the money for the renovation and construction of runways and new terminal.

      Domodedovo also intends to develop its infrastructure: in 2017 it is planned to build the fourth railway line from Paveletzkij railway station to Domodedovo, and another way on the route Moscow - Aviacionnaya - Airport. By 2017 new parking will have appeared near new terminals that will cost 4.9 billion rubles. Domodedovo intends to attract third-party investors for this construction. Two more parking zones the company will build on its own in 2017.

      The company  also plans to build a hotel near the airport in 2015 for $ 1.8 billion, while in 2023 - to construct seven office buildings. By 2015, Domodedovo wants to open two business centres.
