The monument found its place near 80, the Shamshins Street, where the office of the Novosibirsk city electric networks is settled.

The monument is made of polymeric composite. Its author is the Novosibirsk sculptor Alexey Agrikolyansky, known for his monument to a laboratory mouse, the Victory Waltz composition and a monument to Mikhail Zuyev, the frontman of the Novosibirsk rock band Ivan Kaif.
