“Gazprom” will place the bonds of BO-19 series for 15 billion rubles with a maturity term of 30 years. This was stated in the report of the gas holding.

      The securities placement was to start on November, 27. The issue of the exchange-traded bonds is not planned to be placed in tranches, as the statement also noted. As ITAR-TASS reported in late October, “Gazprom” can increase the amount of external borrowings by $ 2.5 billion in 2013. According to the revised business plan approved by the Board of Directors, the amount of external financial borrowings for 2013 is determined as 229.2 billion rubles ($ 7.2 billion).

      This year the Euro Notes of series 30, 31, 32 in the amount of 2.4 billion euros, series 33 for 500 million pounds and series 34 for 500 million Swiss francs have been placed under the Euro Notes Program /EMTN/ of “Gazprom”. In total, the company raised $ 4.7 billion.
