Steve Hackett - the mysterious musician, who has been attracting capacity crowds worldwide for two years in a row - is coming to Russia in April.
The author and performer of a set of hit songs by the legendary Genesis and a member of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Steve Hackett will give two concerts in Russia: in Crocus City Hall, Moscow on April 23, 2014 and in Yubileinyi, St. Petersburg, on April 25, 2014.
The audience will have a chance to hear original sounding and performance as conceived by the author, and enjoy a peculiar retrospective of the world hits Watchers of the Skies, Dancing With the Moonlit Knight, Firth of Fifth, Dance on a Volcano, Supper's Ready, and many other famous songs.
His recent double album Genesis Revisited 2 with the songs written by Steve Hacket himself and co-authored with other musicians of the great band from 1970 to 1977 could not but excite a new upsurge of interest to this heritage of world rock music.
The original two-hour show Genesis Revisited with unique light, video and sound equipment was started in the Royal Albert Hall in London and has been touring around the world.
