Eight stores of Magnit retail chain, located in Moscow's Northern district (NAO), were fined more than 400 thousand rubles for violation of sanitary regulations and consumer protection laws, Rospotrebnadzor stated.
Seceral unscheduled inspections were carried out at the request of the Procuracy of capital’s Northern Administrative Okrug in the Magnit retail chain stores at: 57, Bolshaya Academicheskaya Street; 44, Dybenko Street; 2, Petrovsko-Razumovsky Passage; 1/51, Mikhalkovskaya Street; 6/40, Chernyakhovsky Street; 18, Zelenogradskaya Street; 15, Kostyakova Street; 19, Korovinskoye Highway. Among violations committed by the grocery stores were selling tobacco products within 100-meter zone around educational institutions and selling expired products.
