Toll roads are to be built in “New Moscow”, the head of the department for the development of new areas in Moscow Vladimir Zhidkin said. “We believe that it is necessary to build toll roads, given that the length of the street and road network on the annexed territories is short and does not provide for their development. But it is necessary to conduct a serious analytical work in order to determine the areas of roads which are most suitable for the creation of a toll system” - the official said.

      According to him, the city authorities have already announced a tender for preparation for the toll roads construction. “We will complete it in the first half-year period and offer the layout of toll roads to the residents of Moscow in the third and the fourth quarters” - the head of the department added.
