In Novocherkassk (Rostov Oblast), Ded Moroz Dmitry Devyatov, who in 2013 was recognized the best in the regional competition of Ded Morozes, is selling his residence, where he used to receive children.  The sale announcement was published in Internet. He is asking 270,000 rubles for wooden 40 square meters house that stands on the main city square since December 26, 2013.

      The ad says that his former 6x8 residence is covered with metal tiles. Dmitry Devyatov built this mansion with his own hands. Later it may become a summer cottage or a bathhouse. He was not going to open the residence in 2013 because of expensive construction works. However, local authorities have asked him not to leave children without the residence of celebration’s main character and promised to provide a financial assistance.

      “I did not plan to mount the house this year, but the mayor persuaded me: children need a holiday. Cossacks gave me a hand as well. They helped me financially with the construction and provided a truck to carry the logs. New Year celebrations are over, hundreds of children have visited a Fairy Tale, but at the end the time came to say it goodbye.  Now, I am planning another project. This is why I decided to sell the log house," he said.
