Tula: Sweet Outside - Brave Inside

A tourist slogan of Tula oblast can become the motto “Sweet Outside - Brave Inside”.

The government of Tula oblast addressed the public with the request to choose the best tourist slogan for the region. People can participate in the poll on the official web-site of the regional administration. “Choose the best slogan in your opinion or write your own version” - the report says. In particular, the following mottos were proposed: “Visit Us and Be Surprised” and “In Search of a Green Stick”.

In addition the slogan of Tula oblast may become the phrase “Sweet Outside - Brave Inside” and “The Secrets of the Tula Region. In the Footprints of Russian History”. The winning slogan will be considered as one of the versions of tourist symbols of the region in 2014.

The town of Tula has existed since at least the 14th century.
