A laboratory for interdisciplinary studies of archeology of Western Siberia and Altai has been opened in the Altai State University.
The need of it came up when archeologists of the University got a grant for studying the most ancient settlements of Siberia. The research work is supervised by the head of the Archeology and Ethnography Institute of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Science, the member of RAS Anatoly Derevyanko.
