Linkin Park to Perform in Russia in June

The Linkin Park band will give a gig on the Maly Arena of Petrovsky Stadium, St. Petersburg on June 1 and will appear in the Olympic Sports Complex in Moscow next day.

      Linkin Park already visited Russia four times: in 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2012, and gave 6 concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg altogether.

      The Linkin Park band gained fame at the turn of the millennia as one of the most vivid representatives of the nu metal style. Later the musicians, already being popular, started experimenting with styles, in particular, paying attention to electronic rock. Linkin Park released its latest full-scale album Living Things in 2012.

      Presently the musicians are working on their sixth studio album expected to be released this year.
