MTS will complete the construction of LTE networks in Russia in 2015.

      MTS Company plans to complete the construction of LTE networks in Russia in 2015. As ‘Digit.ru’ reports, this was announced by the Marketing Vice-President of MTS Vasil Latsanich. He said that the mobile operator will launch LTE in 74 Russian regions in 2014, and in 2015 the construction of these networks will be completed on the entire territory of Russia.

      Currently, LTE networks of MTS are operating in 14 regions of the country. Earlier it was reported that Apple smartphones started to work in LTE networks of MTS. “Russian standard of LTE is supported by the following versions of devices: iPhone 5s - A1457 and A1530, iPhone 5c - A1507 and A1529” - the press service of MTS stated.
