Tatiana Volosozhar And Maxim Trankov Win Their Gold

Tatiana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov won gold in pair skating at Sochi 2014 on February 12. They earned Russia's second gold medal at these Olympics.

      Tatiana and Maxim presented breathtaking performance accompanied by Jesus Christ Superstar music, for which they were  given 236.86 points. Volosozhar and Trankov earned the 13th Olympic gold medal for Russian pairs.

      Ksenia Stolbova and Fedor Klimov (Russia) got the silver medal, while the bronze went to Aliona Savchenko and Robin Szolkowy couple (Germany).

      Ksenia Stolbova and Fedor Klimov showed their well-known program “The Addams Family” and totalled 218.68 points.

      Skating to Nutcracker, Savchenko and Szolkowy scored 215.78 points, making some serious mistakes. Szolkowy fell on the triple toe and Savchenko fell on the throw triple axel.
