Cultural Olympiad is a unique project of Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee, representing the best cultural events in Russia. Thousands of different cultural events have been taking place throughout the country from 2010 to 2014. Each year of the Cultural Olympiad is dedicated to a particular art: 2010 was the Year of Cinema; 2011 the Year of Theater; 2012 the Year of Music; and 2013 the Year of Museums.

      Only in 2012 the audience of Cultural Olympiad exceeded 1 million people! The best projects of all the years of the Cultural Olympiad will be presented in 2014 in Sochi. As a result, in 2014, the guests of the Olympic capital will have chance to appreciate not only results of the competitions, but also the cultural diversity of Russia on ten stage decks, located in Sochi and Krasnaya Polyana.
