The official website of the Administration of Zaraiskiy District of Moscow Oblast disclosed the list of promising investment projects in the sphere of tourism. Local authorities propose to implement these projects within the framework of the so-called “hospitality concept” based on the use of tourism potential of the attractions located in Zaraiskiy District.

      The first stage of implementation of this concept is to involve the construction of a recreational zone “Zaraisk Kremlin - Belyi Water Well – Velikoe Field”. The second stage will be presented by the creation of a pedestrian zone in the historical part of the town of Zaraisk. Besides, it is planned to construct a network of tourist camps and resorts on the territory of rural settlements. According to the list of investment projects, it is expected, in particular, to create the sanatorium “Sleep Clinic”, the recreation camps “Hunter`s Lodge” and “Hobbits` Village”.
