The first year-round accommodation facility appeared in the resort city of federal significance Belokurikha at the lake where the trout is bred. A unique service is offered here – the chef will cook the trout that has been just caught. About 50 people had the opportunity to appreciate this kind of leisure this year.

      The Deputy Head of the Administration of Belokurikha Evgeniy Kazantsev told about the process of construction of this interesting complex with more than 30 million roubles of investment. “A guest family house for 106 square meters is already receiving the first tourists. The main complex will be built in the next year; the foundation for four more houses has been laid. One of the ponds is now stocked, and tourists can fish there. 3 thousand of specimens of trout inhabit the pond; another 6000 will join them soon. You can fish here all year round, and there`ll always be a catch. If desired, the chef will immediately cook the fish caught by you. The weight of the fish caught in the pond ranges from 500 g to 1.5 kg. The trout baby fishes are grown here in a several specially equipped pools".

      The project is implemented as a part of the federal target program “Development of domestic and foreign tourism in the Russian Federation (years 2011 - 2018)”. As it was previously reported, it is planned to launch a restaurant, a hotel and a small wellness center (most likely, a panto-center) by 2016. A big fish pond and a lake with a beach area near the hotel will appear here in the next year, which is very important for Belokurikha.
