The Governor of Novosibirsk Oblast, Vasily Yurchenko signed a decree on the inclusion of the historical part of Kudryashovsky Forest into a single state register of historical and cultural monuments of the regional importance.

      Later on its territory, they are going to create a historical and cultural reserve. In the future, attractions and cultural reserves will appear in several districts of the region, for example, in Kolyvan and Suzun. It is planned that this way, in the Novosibirsk Oblast there will be established a few centers of tourist attraction.

      "The richness of Kudryashovsky Forest with multicultural archaeological monuments makes this area very interesting in terms of tourist routes development. That is why Kudryashovsky Forest has entered the regional program, targeted at forming a network of museums and tourist complexes," Alexander Koshelev, the Head of Direction on State Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Novosibirsk Oblast said. A number of limitations came into force on the territory of Kudryashovsky Forest. Thus, now there the land rental is banned; parking arrangements, vehicles, driveway and road arrangements, landfills and waste dumping, as well as arrangement of temporary campsites, tent cities, hunting and fishing seats are also prohibited.
