Russia’s four-man team led by Alexander Zubkov is leading the race after two heats. The final two heats are expected to take place on Sunday. If Team Russia win gold, the host country could secure the top place in the total medal count.

Earlier, Alexander Zubkov and Alexey Voevoda won gold in two-man bobsleigh race on Tuesday.

Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko has congratulated our athletes on this historic achievement. This is the first time Russia has won gold in bobsleigh.
