Svetlana Tegin always presents her collections at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia. She is a regular participant of Russian fashion shows.
Now, her fall-winter 2015 collection will be presented under the framework of Milan Fashion Week that will last for three days from February 22 to February 24. The theme and the title are still in secret.
Svetlana Tegin is the founder of the Tegin Fashion House. For longer than 10 years she has been one of the most recognized Russian fashion designers.
Tegin graduated from Textile Institute of Kiev majoring in "clothing design". She started her career in Moscow designing costumes and decorations for club performances and for fashion shows. In the end of the 90s such media as Vogue and Cosmopolitan started to write about Svetlana, and Tegin Fashpion House opened in 2001.
The brand has Tegin Collection (since 2001), Tegin Cashmere (since 2001), and Tegin Kids (since 2007). Svetlana Tegin is sometimes called "the queen of cashmere" because of an exclusive quality of her products that use Mongolian Cashmere. She also produces sheepskin coats.
Evening dresses (haute couture) have selected clientele among actresses, it-girls, and business elite.
