"A" Class Warehouse In New Moscow

The first A class warehouse is to be built in Novaya Moskva (New Moscow). The first phase of the A class logistics park “Kievskoe -22” will be put into service in the fourth quarter of 2014, as “Interfax” reports referring to the companies ‘Jones Lang LaSalle’ and ‘Knight Frank’.

      The area of the first phase will make up 42 thousand square meters. The logistics park “Kievskoe -22” will be the first high-quality warehouse facility on the territory of Novaya Moskva after the extension of the boundaries of the capital. The developer of the logistics park “Kievskoe -22” is CPD Group that signed a loan agreement for construction financing with Gazprombank.

The logistics park “Kievskoe -22” will be located at a 22 km distance from the Moscow Ring Road and 1 km from Kievskoe highway near Troitsk and Aprelevka. The total area of the complex will be 114 thousand square meters, according to the plans of the company.
