Children's ski town to open in the new Arkhyz resort in Karachay-Cherkessia before February ends.
As the representative of the OJSC Northern Caucasus Resorts has reported, the cost of the town in Arhyz is about 300,000 euros. It was scheduled to open at the end of February. The service value for one child will be 300 rubles a day. On the ground, the kids from 5 years and older will be able to take group lessons conducted by instructors. A ski carousel will work for kids of younger age.
Also, there will be built tubing tracks for children and adults (more commonly known as "vatrushka" chutes). At the same time, the equipment for teaching kids will be of the European standard. The main purpose of the town is to develop children of the region, to inculcate in them the skiing skills, to spread the winter sports among population. The assumption is that the town will attract children to the ski resort, children will attract their parents and together these will have a positive impact on the increasing of tourist flow.
