Project initiators also intend to include the measures for its implementation into the Federal Target Program on the development of domestic and inbound tourism in the Russian Federation (2011-2018).
In November 2013, at meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Charity Fund for the Restoration of the Monastery, Patriarch Kirill proposed the idea of creating an infrastructure around the monastery that would resemble the Holy Land.
