The departments of the Russian Customs at the border with Ukraine are operating normally despite the possible threats.

This was reported by RIA “Novosti” with reference to the Head of the Federal Customs Service Andrei Belyaninov. “As for the work of customs authorities, we work in a normal mode, although there may be some adverse effects associated with the movement of extremists, the movements of arms” - he said.

The Head of FCS assured that Russian customs officers will perform the duties they must perform “both in peacetime and in a revolution”.
