We ask to prepare these professionals on the basis of the fundamental instruments using large databases, mathematical models, which will make the results of these studies less risky for their use in public policy, "Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Russia Lyudmila Ogorodova said. According to her, the government has no plans to regulate the subjects of dissertation councils of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC), although they are led with a great gap by economics, finance and political science.
