A Seer-off Card

Starting from March, 2014 people who come to see off can enter railway platforms in Moscow with a special card without paying the trip. When taking a "seer-off card' the passenger leaves a deposit of 100 rubles. The card is valid for 30 minutes and allows entering and going out the platform once within issuance day by attaching it to the turnstile.

Within an hour after leaving the platform, the seers-off should address to the cashier at the station where the card was issued to return the security deposit. The service is available in pilot mode at all Moscow railway stations, except Leningradsky. In the future it is planned to introduce it at all OJSC Central PPK stations equipped with turnstile complexes.
