Russia is number one most-infected country on the planet in terms of cyber-threats, according to Kaspersky Lab, a world’s major web security firm.
Kaspersky Lab has unveiled a new web-based service that monitors the level of threats country by country.
Kaspersky Lab currently employs more than 2,800 highly qualified specialists. It has 31 offices in 30 countries and its products and technologies provide protection for over 300 million users and over 250,000 corporate clients worldwide. The company provides a wide range of products and solutions for different types of clients, with a special focus on large enterprises, and small and medium-sized businesses.
According to the company’s 2012 unaudited financial results, Kaspersky Lab’s global revenue grew by 3% compared to the previous year and reached $628 million. Today it is the world’s largest privately held vendor of endpoint protection solutions.
The company is headquartered in Moscow, Russia, with its holding company registered in the United Kingdom.
