In 2014 archaeologists will resume excavations in the village of Vestnik near Anapa, where the temple of Greek goddess of fertility and agriculture Demeter was found. A group of volunteers will be made up for participation in the expedition, which starts July 15.
“Researches in Vestnik village can attract attention of people interested in theories of Aryan trace in the history of mankind. This is where archaeologists discovered a unique Sindhi necropolis with unusual burial places," archaeologist Oleg Markov said. People, who have experience in expeditionary are most welcome, but the camp is open to everyone. Instructors will teach how to do excavations, how to restore artifacts and how to sketch finds. Volunteers will be provided 3 meals a day.
