Vegetarian Menu In Long-distance Trains

As the press service of Gorky Railways reported, for the period of Great Lent, which started March 3 and will last till April 19, 2014, the long-distance train passengers will be offered a special vegetarian menu.

      Dishes of vegetables, mushrooms, cereals, fresh and dried fruits, cooked according to original, old Russian recipes are included in the dining cars' menus. The company's website also reminds that standard restaurant menus of all JSC Federal Passenger Company trains can always offer for choice the vegetarian cuisine, permitted during the Fast.
