The first exotarrium ever opened in Moscow is located near the Oceanarium in the north of the city near Dmitrovsky Highway.
The exotarrium takes the area of 2.4 thousand sq.m. The visitors will see more than 100 rare species from around the world. Altogether the exotarrium contains about 400 exotic birds, reptiles, amphibians and mammals. Special cages have been made for every species to create conditions close to their habitat.
The project consists of four zones, each of them simulating natural conditions of Africa, South America, Australia and Southeast Asia. A separate area is provided for birds.
The exotarrium is located at the address 163A, Dmitrovsky Highway.
The working hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. The tickets rate at 500 rubles for adults and 250 rubles for children.
