The ceremony of awarding the laureates and winners of Wings of Russia national aviation award for the best domestic and foreign airlines of 2013 has been held recently.

      The contest was held the 17th time. This year's competition involved 41 Russian and 52 foreign airlines. Four companies claimed the victory in the "Business Project in the Russian Civil Aviation" category. Prize and diploma winners were announced in the thirteen categories. Top prizes were given to OrenAir, Aeroflot, Aurora, UTair-Express, Yakutia, Ural Airlines, Siberia (S7 Airlines), Gaspromavia, RusJet and to the foreign Emirates. Fierce struggle ensued in the "charter" category, whose winner was NordWind Airlines, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports.
