"Swallow's Nest" building with Crimean architectural motifs is constructed in Yoshkar-Ola near Arkhangelskaya Sloboda behind the Annunciation Cathedral. It will become a hotel.
The first floor rooms will be designed for family recreation: with kitchens and living rooms; the second floor apartments will be more expensive, and in the central tower will be the exclusive room. The central tower is a key element in determining similarity with the Crimean "Swallow's Nest." Next to the building will be a square with red maples, pine trees and benches. At the very building will be erected the steel statue of a wolf created in one of the blacksmith shops.
