The demand of Ukrainians for luxury real estate in Moscow grew by 70 % since the beginning of the year, as “Interfax” reports, referring to the statement of the managing partner of the real estate agency “Tweed” Irina Mogilatova.

“Over the last month the proportion of appeals from payable Ukrainians to Moscow real estate agencies has significantly increased. The average market demand for luxury real estate from such customers since the beginning of the year grew by 70 %,” – Mogilatova said.

According to her data, the payable Ukrainians are first of all attracted by prestigious destinations - Ostozhenka and Rublevka. About 40% of such customers consider transactions with a budget of $ 1-2 million; approximately the same number of people accounts for the budget from $ 2-5 million, the remaining 20 % are focused on the transactions costing $ 5-30 million. Besides, the expert notes that the influx of Ukrainian buyers may result in prices adjustment to the upside for premium real estate in Moscow and Moscow region.
