Moscow City Government repeatedly refused the opposition to hold demonstration on Bolotnaya Square.
Opposition once again failed to reach an agreement with the Moscow mayor's office on May 6 demonstrations at Bolotnaya Square, reports Interfax referring to the Solidarnost movement activist, Peter Tsarkov. "Negotiations are over, but we were not able to seek agreement with the authorities regarding Bolotnaya Square," he explained.
Since May 6 demonstration could only be held on Bolotnaya Square, the organizers refused to hold it on Sakharov Avenue, opposition leader Sergei Udaltsov explained in his twitter. On April 24, Moscow authorities again refused to agree with opposition on May 6 march in the center of Moscow.
