RPORC: Russians feel happier in the past 25 years.

      According to the poll of Russian Public Opinion Research Center (RPORC), about 78% of Russians feel happy. It was noted that the happiness index in the last year reached its 25-year maximum.

      According to the survey, young people aged 18 to 24 years old (almost 92%) feel happy more often. It was reported that every third respondent associates happiness with family welfare. Some find joy in their children and grandchildren. Another important factor of happiness is the presence of interesting work and education.
