Ministry of Transportation and the state-owned Avtodor were tasked to develop a paid option for A105 federal highway from Moscow to Domodedovo airport, the Vedomosti daily reports with the reference to the Ministry of Transportation. According to the meeting protocol, Avtodor was charged with a task "to provide substantiation" of imposition of fees with a glance to the availability of a free alternative, a source familiar with the document said.

      Reconstruction of A105 is part of the project on the development of Moscow Airports. It is the Don M4 highway's offshoot to Domodedovo with the length of 20.5 km and a width of four lanes (two in each direction). Taking into account the growth of passenger flow, the driveway capacity needs to expand. Rosavtodor has already estimated the costs: the reconstruction with increasing the number of lanes and the construction of new interchanges will require 19.7 billion rubles.
