Photography by Artist Sergey Bratkov to be Exhibited in Moscow

Rigina Gallery will hold an exhibition of the photographer Sergey Bratkov from May 27.

Sergey Bratkov is a Russian and Ukrainian artist and photographer of the well-known Kharkov school, an associate of Boris Mikhailov.

The new exhibition in the Rigina Gallery is shrouded in mysteriousness atmosphere: Sergey Bratkov has already managed to change the concept: initially planning to place emphasis on madness, now concentrates on Russian wilderness. Pictures of grotesque trees, a monk wanderer, a stack burning down in the field and hassocks with cow dung, etc. stand for it.

The author has shifted from the initial semi-critical concept to philosophical distancing and looking for eternal values that help to keep up sanity at the moments when the whole crew is going crazy.

The exhibition will run till June 29.
