Maksimilian Voloshin Art to be Exhibited in Moscow

The Gallery in Lenivka will hold an exhibition of art works by Maksimilian Voloshin.

      The opening day is timed to the artist’s birthday on May 28. The exposition includes more than 30 works created in the late 1910s – 1920s and brought together from five private collections. All these works belong to the most fruitful, Crimean period in his creative career.

      The project Hitherto My Coasts Dream Of titled with the line from Maksimilian Voloshin’s poem The Poet’s House will present Russia’s largest exposition of his water colors ever exposed in one venue. 

      The graphic art section will be accompanied with rare photographic materials from the M. A. Voloshin House Museum in Koktebel and memorabilia of the poet and artist.

      The exhibition will run from May 28 to June 29.
