Free Wi-Fi access point installed at the Naberezhnye Chelny town beach.

      The project was initiated by the resident of Chelny IT park, businessman Boris Rokhlenko. Anyone can access internet for free. No need to be a client of a particular communications provider. It requires only any device equipped with Wi-Fi module: smartphone, tablet or laptop.

      Another free Wi-Fi zones in Naberezhnye Chelny are available on the territory of the "Energetic" Palace of Culture; the memorial complex "Motherland"; on the Boulevard of Enthusiasts; on "Azatlyk" square; in "Grenada"extreme park and in G. Tukai Park.
