For the hours of service of Rosobrnadzor hotline on CSE, there were received more than 9.2 thousand calls from 84 Russian regions as well as from CIS countries, the agency’s press service reports. "As the monitoring indicates, most of the callers asked questions regarding the timing of acquaintance with individual results; the organization of the examination; registration for additional examinations; access to the online broadcast of the exams on SmotriEGE portal," the press-service noted.
The main hotline users were this year’s graduates and their parents. Besides the telephone hotline, citizens address Rosobrnadzor via email. During this period, it received more than 2.2 thousand messages.
Furthermore, since the exam results in some subjects became known, the agency started receiving questions on appeals: regarding appeal terms and deadlines, the rules of their consideration etc.
