A.V. Shchusev State Architecture Museum opens the exhibition Arñhiteñturium City. 10th Anniversary of Vladimir Bindeman’s Studio.
Throughout 10 years of its work the Arñhiteñturium Studio designed and constructed such a big number of architectural objects that they could make a whole town. In the course of continuous creative process the principle of harmonious interaction between the natural and urban landscape was developed and adhered in the studio.
Its founder and chief architect Vladimir Bindeman sees modern architecture as the art of creating comfortable and well-planned environment that is friendly to people.
10 most significant works out of the studio’s 50 projects of the recent 10 years have been selected for the exhibition. Cottages, townhouses, and housing estates immersed in parks, squares, and forests are conceptually connected into blocks forming city landscape with the main lane, the central water reservoir, walking embankment and a cultural center.
The exhibition runs from June 26 to October 7.
