The exhibition Giuseppe Verdi. Music and Culture comes to Moscow on its world tour.

      The project timed to the 200th anniversary of the composer was started in Italy.

      The exhibition in Moscow is held in the framework of the Italy - Russia Tourism Cross Year and the Year of Culture in Russia.

      From July 1, 2014 the Fyodor Shalyapin Memorial Estate (25-27, Novinsky Boulevard) will present original documentary materials illustrating the stages of Giuseppe Verdi’s life and creativity.

      His portraits and photos, letters expressing his political views, historical caricatures on his operas’ characters, and autographs immerse the visitors into the world of genius.

      The exhibition will run till August 31.
