A Dog Prevented Airplane From Landing

Antalya – Rostov-on-Don charter had to go for second landing attempt on Saturday at 08.21. The reason was a dog walking down the runway.

"The passenger Boeing, carrying out a charter flight from Antalya to Rostov-on-Don, landed at the go-around because a dog walking on the runway was spotted while landing. Traffic controller ordered the crew to go for a second attempt, after which the airliner safely landed," - the management of regional emergency services told "Interfax". There were about 200 tourists on board the liner returning from Antalya resorts. Go-around did not affect the passengers.
