Debtors who didn't pay fines for parking within special parking areas of Moscow may be restricted from leaving the country.

      Moscow Administrative Traffic Inspection (MATI) plans to take legal actions on the relevant cases starting July 1. Over 70 thousand decisions on bringing to administrative responsibility, both natural and legal persons have been sent to Federal Bailiff's Service for enforcement. As an additional measure, "the work on preparation of applications for the imposing of temporary restriction on departure from the Russian Federation for debtors is progressing."
