Placebo and Kasabian to Perform in Moscow

The British bands Placebo and Kasabian will sing at the music festival Subbotnik in the Gorky Park on July 5.

      The festival will also present the English electronic Metronomy project and Miles Kane, one of the founders of The Last Shadow Puppets band. Russian bands will include The Uchpochmack founded by Zemfira, and Tesla Boy.

      Placebo will introduce the Russian public to its seventh studio album Loud Like Love.

      In its turn Kasabian will perform its fifth studio album 48:13 released in the beginning of June.

      The first Subbotnik festival took place in Moscow in 2013. It presented Hurts, Savages, Foals, and Jessie Ware. The British band Arctic Monkeys was the headliner of the last year festival.
